TSSSU wants a university technology relationship and an R&D process

ITC’s public TSSSU path emphasises university technology commercialisation and internal selection; TSSSU+ also needs private-investment match. For hardware that means background IP, service invention, and student/faculty relationships must be clear before filing — not patched after an award.

R&D process files — test plans, failure records, versions — look more like what TSSSU buys than a render. That is why the academy treats evidence gates as graduation criteria. Unsigned faculty names stay off public pages until written authorisation exists.

PSTS wants a real trial party

PSTS-TC-class public-sector technology trials, in public rules, emphasise that the company owns the result, development is mainly in Hong Kong, and the trial and acceptance are real. A confined-space robot actually fits that language: mission cards, contrast process, personnel exposure and decision quality can all be written as acceptance metrics.

Unfit language: mileage that has not happened, unlicensed bureau logos, and a short lab clip written as deployed. PipeGuardian’s funding page maps PSTS to G5 so that narrative is not occupied too early. Mapping is internal sequencing. It is not an application, an award, or eligibility.

Sequencing with Shenzhen match

Qianhai GBA-youth match assumes a Hong Kong award already exists. The order cannot be reversed. ESS 1:1 needs real company match funding and Hong Kong R&D substance. Adding the published maxima of these schemes produces a slide with no cashflow. Published maxima are not awards. P60 applicant language is not Tech 300 eligibility.

How to read this back to PipeGuardian

This article is industry education, not a pilot news item. If a vendor, university, funding scheme or standard appears, treat it as a contrast question: what must our own rig answer, and what must public copy forbid. Copying an external figure into a PipeGuardian spec sheet conflicts with the evidence page.

The English site carries the full method set: system architecture, safety bounds, target specifications, the 18-month roadmap and HK–SZ operations. Field work still starts with a permit and a recovery path. Reading an article is not a confined-space permit.

Citation discipline: External products, papers and government schemes in this article are industry contrast. They are not PipeGuardian test results, customer relationships or awarded funding. This page does not claim PSTS, TSSSU, ESS or Qianhai approval.
