The roadmap serves internal governance and grant work-package split. It is not a delivery promise to customers or funding agencies. Any public date must bind to G0–G6 status.
Eighteen months run from requirements freeze to a reference trial (G5). G6 productisation and certification are not locked inside this window, because the compliance cycle depends on scene and authority. Each quarter may upgrade only one class of public statement: structure first, then in-pipe stability, then data, then honest models, then process value.
G0–G6 is internal governance. A gate date is not a customer delivery date and not a grant officer’s acceptance date. The 18-month window may move a gate right. It may not back-fill a fictional completion. Status may stay “in progress”. Complete 5–8 interviews, 3 field processes, an exclusion list and a requirements baseline. Output a scene-card template. Written intent to collaborate is optional at this gate. “Customer-validated” is not. Maps to Tech 300 / Ideation-class concept-validation work packages. Mapping a work-package class is not eligibility and not an award. A P60 applicant is not Tech 300 eligibility.
P0 envelope parts to a replaceable cage. Multi-angle collision, rotor isolation, a 10-minute module-swap target and a failure list. Mechanical-centre coursework runs in parallel with the prototype. Without G1, a “collision-proof promo film” is not evidence. Target mechanical numbers stay unverified on the specs page.
30 m straight pipe, elbows, controlled obstacles; flight logs and a reproduction script. PG-RELAY holds at least one of tethered or wired backup. The loss-of-link state machine is written into the flight-control release notes. GNSS-denied localisation must alarm; centimetre slogans stay off public copy.
Data dictionary, calibration, time and segment index. Atlas minimum: import, replay, human annotation, export. Misaligned data does not enter a report template. Unaligned video, gas and pose stay reference material. They do not close a defect.
Closed test set, miss cases, confidence display. Models only rank. No accuracy figure without a statistical interval. Until G4, do not advertise accuracy. G4 is twin governance, not AI decoration.
Contrast coverage, time, personnel exposure and decisions against the existing process. Needs a real trial party and acceptance metrics, in the spirit of PSTS-class public-sector trials. Mapping PSTS to G5 is internal sequencing on the funding page. It is not an application, an award, or eligibility. Still no claim of scaled savings.
Reliability, FMEA, maintenance, electrical / radio / battery and certification files. If PG-X has not independently passed its gate, keep showing only the interface. Certification files are a later evidence gate. Referenced GB and HK codes are not certificates.
Delay in people, site, permit or money moves a gate right. The website updates status. It does not back-fill a fictional completion date. No unconfirmed 2027 announcement lives on this page. Field application exists; concept, laboratory and field stay distinct.
